John Askey wins Manager of the Month

The National League has announced John Askey as Manager of the Month for February 2022.

John's record over the month as York City manager saw four straight wins the in National League North and a victory over Morpeth in the Buildbase FA Trophy. The team also scored 16 goals in the five games played.

The club would like to congratulate John and his management team on the accolade.

Elsewhere in the division, Maziar Kouhyar of Hereford won the Player of the Month award.
