Club Shop announces record sales
We are pleased to be able to announce record sales in our club shop both in-store and online during 2021.
Merchandise and kit sales now make up a substantial amount of our overall revenue and we would like to thank our supporters for the positive reaction since our move to the LNER Community Stadium.
With the move to the new stadium in mind, additional resource was implemented, with Club Shop Manager Julie Atkinson joining the club in July 2021 who has played a big part in the increase in revenue.
We are now looking to fine-tune our retail offerings, involving supporters along the way.
Club Shop Stock
Due to unprecedented demand, most 2021/22 replica kit is now sold out in Small, Medium and Large sizes. Unfortunately, lead times for receiving additional kit from PUMA is 10 months – making it impossible to restock these items.
Looking ahead to next season’s replica shirts, additional stock has been ordered which is due to be delivered well in time for our Centenary year.
Other club merchandise such as hats, scarfs and t-shirts have lead times of 3 months.
Please note that all club stock is uploaded and updated online, therefore any item which is labelled ‘Sold Out’ on the online store will also be unavailable in-store.
Feedback
We appreciate all the feedback we get via social media and email on the products we have available in our store.
Feedback is important to tailor our club shop merchandise offerings and product stock going forward.

We are making winter a bit brighter for our supporters with a 20% off SALE on selected products in store and online.

Hospitality

Trademark
We are currently in the process of trademarking our intellectual property, which includes current and past club crests, kit designs and patterns.
This will stop any unofficial items being created by sellers for their own benefit – and will keep the club’s brand secure for the future.

Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (closed on Wednesdays)
Saturday (matchday only): 11:30 - 5:30pm
Midweek games: 2:00pm - 8.00pm
