Vacancy: Commercial Manager

York City Football Club has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager/Head of Marketing and Events to help drive the continued growth of the business.
The role will be based at the new Community Stadium at Monks Cross, York.
Sporting Director Dave Penney said: "Our current Commercial Manager Chris Pegg will be leaving the club in May. The Football Club would like to thank Chris for all his hard work over the last 2 years, and wish him well for the future.
"Chris will always be welcome at the LNER Community Stadium."
The primary responsibility of the role is to lead on the development of all revenue streams for the football club and will be the driving force behind the commercial arm of the club.
This will include maximising sales in areas including perimeter boards, programme advertisements; match sponsorships match day hospitality and event organisation and implementation.
The successful applicant will develop relationships and revenue streams with current commercial partners as well as securing new business.
Hours: Full time plus match days and events / flexibility is essential
