Travel survey on entry to game

27th September 2018

Supporters attending City's home game against Guiseley AFC on Saturday (kick-off 3pm) will be invited to give details of their travel arrangements before entering the ground.

This information will be used to help prepare a travel plan for supporters attending games next season at the new Community Stadium.

It would help the volunteer surveyors if supporters could co-operate in the exercise and, if possible, arrive earlier than normal to help avoid congestion at the turnstiles.

Supporters will be asked to answer only three questions:
1. What is your home postcode?
2. How do you currently travel to games?
3. How do you envisage travelling to the new stadium at Monks Cross?

The Stadium Working Group, which has organised Saturday's survey, would also welcome assistance from any City supporters wishing to help collect the information.

Around a dozen volunteers are needed at Bootham Crescent from 1.30pm and each will be given free entry to the game as a thankyou for their efforts.
