YORK City visit AFC Telford United on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3pm) in Vanarama National League North.

The Minstermen are currently ninth in the league table but a victory could lift the club back into the promotion play-off zone.

Former England Under-21 international striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake is set to make his league debut for Telford who are currently 12th in the table.

Manager Rob Edwards has persuaded his former Wolves team-mate to join Telford following his release last summer by Chesterfield.

Now 31, Ebanks-Blake has also played for Manchester United, Royal Antwerp, Plymouth Argyle, Ipswich Town, and Preston North End. He scored twice on his debut for the Bucks two weeks ago in the FA Trophy against Droylsden.

City will be looking for 'revenge' after losing 1-0 to Telford at Bootham Crescent on the opening day of the season.

Striker Matthew Barnes-Homer, who scored the winning goal in that game, has recently signed duel-registration terms with Halesowen Town.

City have no fresh injury problems but are still without long-term absentees Louis Almond, Michael Rankine, and Clovis Kamdjo.
